Cars are easily exposed to various elements that compromise their exterior cleanliness, and it is through professional car washing that it is possible to ensure the cleanliness and durability of the materials. Therefore, it is important to adapt the products to each washing phase and to each part of the vehicle.
Pre-wash
The car pre-wash is the stage that softens the dirt caused by mud, tar, oils, and insects that stick to and compromise the paint finish, windows, and soft tops.
In this phase, it is important to use Carclean Prewash APL-200, an alkaline car pre-wash shampoo that can be used in pressure washers or in automatic car wash tunnels and gantries. It is the ideal product, with high degreasing capacity and anti-corrosion agents, for removing difficult dirt.
Car wash
In the wash phase, Carclean Foam AEA-20 can be applied with the help of foam projection equipment. This product is characterized by a compact and long-lasting foam that allows for the effective removal of dirt, enabling longer contact time with the surface and thus greater effectiveness.
As a car shampoo for a more demanding wash, we recommend using Carclean Wash ASA-20, which can be used manually or mechanically. It is a highly concentrated product that provides effective degreasing without attacking the vehicle's components.
At this point, the conditions are ready for the application of Carclean Wax ACH-80, a water-repellent wax that, in addition to providing shine, was developed to accelerate the drying process after washing the vehicle, without leaving marks.
Washing specific parts of the car
In turn, components such as tires, rims, and chassis require more specific responses that preserve their originality.
For the finishing of tires, Carclean Shine AAP-25 can be used, a tire and plastic brightener specially developed for cleaning and protection, with the ability to repel water and prevent aging effects.
For the rims, a product with optimal degreasing capacity and ability to remove oxides and other traffic-related dirt should be used, such as Carclean Rims ALJ-50; an acidic detergent that can be applied for the cleaning and polishing of stainless steel and aluminum surfaces.
Regular maintenance of engine and chassis cleaning is also necessary. Depending on the level of dirt, Auto Degreaser ALC-50 or Motorclean ALM-50 can be used. Both are alkaline detergents with excellent degreasing power, with the former being more aimed at regular cleaning and the latter being more suitable for more persistent dirt.
The use of appropriate products at each stage of the wash is essential to remove all traffic-related dirt effectively and without damaging the vehicle's materials. Along with this, we are contributing to the long-term conservation of the car.
